Refund Policy

The Hoster solutions service guarantees the provision of services, products in full accordance with the selected tariff plan. All services, products are provided "as is". The Client bears full responsibility for the purchase, therefore refund is not possible. 

For our clients, we can offer an exchange. To exchange a service, product for another (with equal or lower cost) – contact us within 4 hours from the moment of payment. When exchanging for a service, product with a lower cost, the difference is not refunded.

In case of early termination of some services, products, it is possible to return the balance of paid funds to the personal account balance (by agreement with the administration). In this case, the cost of installing the operating system and the cost of software licenses may be deducted from the refund amount.
