Acceptable Use Policy

Welcome to Hoster solutions. For you and all our clients, we have a set of rules and terms for using our services, products.

ATTENTION: We draw your attention to the fact that violation of the following rules may lead to instant blocking of your account without refund:

No spam policy
We do not allow any form of email spam, including outgoing and incoming spam. Exceptions may be made only in cases where your server has been hacked. Please note that SMTP ports (such as 25) are blocked by default on Linux Starter and Linux Optimal tariffs for your security. To unblock these ports, you will need to undergo KYC identification procedure and maintain a balance sufficient to cover at least 3 months of services, products usage.
Mass mailings
Using our servers for any mass mailings is strictly prohibited. In case of receiving complaints related to mass mailings, or detecting such activity, your services, products will be immediately blocked without possibility of refund. If you need to send mass mailings, we recommend using third-party services.
Anti-malware policy
It is prohibited to use, distribute or promote viruses, exploits, botnets, phishing schemes, spyware, ransomware, as well as any redirects to sites containing such malicious software. This includes any attempts to compromise the security of our network or other users' networks. Exceptions may be made only in cases where your server has been hacked, and the content is used exclusively for diagnostics and problem solving, provided that immediate measures are taken to eliminate the threat.
Fighting illegal content
We are strictly against any form of child pornography (including lolicon, shotacon and other similar genres), incest, animal pornography, necrophilia, violence or sexual coercion (including violence and rape), extreme violence or dismemberment (guro), as well as any sites with models who look younger than 18 years old. This also includes any content depicting or justifying sexual acts with minors, animals or dead bodies, as well as links to such sites. In addition, we prohibit any content that promotes or glorifies illegal activities such as human trafficking or exploitation.
Preventing fraud
Fraud in any form, including phishing, identity theft and fraudulent sites, is strictly prohibited. This includes sites promising high income, financial schemes such as pyramids and other fraudulent structures, as well as any redirects to such sites. We do not allow any activity aimed at deception or fraud, whether through misrepresentation, manipulation or false statements.
Prohibition on selling accounts
It is prohibited to host sites offering sale, transfer or other disposal of accounts on financial services, government services and any other sites, access to which is regulated by law or requires personal identification of the user. This includes any platforms facilitating account trading that bypass legal or regulatory requirements.
Network security
We do not allow network or port scanning, brute force attacks, spoofing, vulnerability searching or exploitation, as well as any other similar activities. These actions undermine the security and integrity of our infrastructure, as well as other users' infrastructures, and are strictly prohibited.

Prohibition on certain tools
Installation and use of tools for penetration testing, network scanning or remote administration, such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit and similar software is prohibited. These tools can be used for malicious purposes and are not allowed on our platform, except in cases where they are explicitly permitted for legitimate security purposes with prior approval.

Drugs and psychotropic substances
Sale, distribution or promotion of spice, smoking mixtures, other narcotic and psychotropic substances, as well as precursors for their manufacture is prohibited. This also includes any content facilitating the production, sale or distribution of prohibited substances.

Sovereignty protection
Hacking, unauthorized access or any attacks aimed at government structures, other organizations, executive authorities or any other resources are prohibited. This includes any actions undermining the integrity, security or functioning of any institutions, whether state or private.

Against extremism
Any actions aimed at inciting national hatred, promoting hate speech or participating in any forms of extremist activity are prohibited. This includes any content that encourages violence, discrimination or hostility based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or other protected characteristics.

Fighting terrorism
Participation, encouragement or support of any form of terrorist activity is prohibited. This includes propaganda dissemination, recruitment, fundraising or any other actions that facilitate or promote terrorism in any form.

Sanctions
Our company reserves the right to refuse service to any person or organization that is under sanctions by the government of the United Kingdom, European Union, United States of America or any other relevant regulatory body. This also includes compliance with international sanctions regimes to exclude interaction with sanctioned persons or organizations.

IP reputation protection
Any actions that may lead to IP addresses being blacklisted, such as SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop, Blocklist, antivirus databases and other similar organizations are strictly prohibited. This includes actions related to spam distribution, phishing or other abuses. Exceptions may be made only in cases where your server has been hacked, and immediate measures are taken to resolve the issue.

No attacks policy
Conducting "test" DDoS attacks or any other attacks on your server that may harm other clients is prohibited. It is also strictly prohibited to organize or launch DDoS attacks from rented servers. These actions undermine network stability and security and are considered serious violations of our terms of service.

We strictly monitor compliance with these rules and reserve the right to block not only the main account, but also any other accounts registered under different names if they violate these conditions. Thank you for following these rules that help us maintain security and provide quality services to all our clients.

ATTENTION: In case of the following violations, we provide time for their elimination from 8 to 72 hours depending on the severity of the violation. In addition, we may request additional KYC (client identification) if we deem it necessary. In case of repeated violations, we reserve the right to terminate service:

Hosting online pharmacies offering illegal pharmaceutical products
It is strictly prohibited to host and manage online pharmacies that distribute or sell illegal pharmaceutical products, including unlicensed or counterfeit medicines. This applies to all types of pharmaceuticals not approved by relevant health authorities.

Managing anonymous imageboards containing offensive content and/or lacking moderation
It is prohibited to host or manage anonymous imageboards or forums containing offensive, defamatory or illegal content, especially if such platforms lack proper moderation. This includes sites inciting hatred, distributing personal data or participating in other harmful activities.

For VPS
Organization of public (commercial) VPN/proxy services without service administration approval: Setting up public or commercial VPN/proxy services on VPS without prior approval of hosting administration is prohibited. These services can be used for illegal activities and pose a security threat to our infrastructure.

Setting up and using proxy servers without authorization
Unauthorized setup and use of proxy servers in our network is prohibited. Proxy servers should be used only with explicit permission to prevent their use in illegal activities or to bypass security systems.

Managing TOR exit nodes
Managing TOR exit nodes on our servers is not allowed. These nodes can facilitate anonymous access to illegal or harmful activities, which may lead to legal and reputational risks for our company.

For VPS
Cryptocurrency mining: Using VPS for cryptocurrency mining is not allowed. Cryptocurrency mining consumes significant resources, which may negatively affect server performance and quality of service for other clients.

Running websites or stores selling counterfeit goods such as watches, bags, clothing, etc.
It is strictly prohibited to create and manage websites or trading platforms selling counterfeit goods such as watches, bags, clothing or electronics. This applies to any products that violate intellectual property rights or mislead consumers by imitating well-known brands.

Intentional violation of copyright, intellectual rights and trademark usage rights
Persistent and intentional violation of copyright, intellectual rights or trademark usage rights will result in immediate measures, including suspension or termination of service. This includes unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials or trademark violations.

Proxying traffic of any kind
Proxying or tunneling traffic through our servers without explicit, legitimate purpose is prohibited. Such actions can hide illegal activities, pose significant security risks and degrade network performance.

Using our servers/VPS for DDoS protection of third-party projects (not hosted on our servers/VPS) through proxying/tunneling traffic
Using our infrastructure for DDoS protection of third-party projects not hosted on our servers/VPS through proxying or tunneling traffic is not allowed. This can expose our network to additional risks and degrade service quality for other clients.

Violation of laws of the country where your server is located
All activities on our servers must comply with the laws and regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction in which the server is located. Violation of local laws, including illegal content distribution or unauthorized data access, will result in immediate service termination.

Adding and using IP addresses that do not belong to you
Using IP addresses not assigned to your account is strictly prohibited. In case of detecting such actions, the server will be immediately blocked, and a fine of $500 to $1000 will be imposed.

Any other actions that may cause material or reputational damage to our company
We reserve the right to take action against any actions that may damage our company's reputation or lead to financial losses. This includes illegal activities, service abuse, products or any other actions that may lead to legal or regulatory consequences.

Any actions leading to blocking of our IP and networks by mail services
Any actions that lead to blocking of our IP addresses or networks by mail services are prohibited. This includes spam distribution, phishing or any other abuse of mail services. Violations will be punished with fines ranging from $50 to $250.

For VPS
Hosting traffic-generating scripts, websites and other resources (audio/video streaming, file storage, etc.): Hosting on VPS of high-traffic websites, streaming services, file storage, CDN or other traffic-generating scripts is not allowed. These actions can overload the server and degrade service quality for other clients.

For VPS
Creating SWAP files for tariffs with SSD and NVMe disks: Creating SWAP files on VPS with SSD and NVMe disks is prohibited. This practice can lead to excessive disk wear, reduced lifespan and negative impact on performance.

For VPS
Exceeding the established maximum channel traffic on a permanent basis: Permanent exceeding of the established maximum channel traffic on VPS is not allowed. This can lead to degradation of service quality for other clients and may entail additional payments or service restrictions, products.

We strive to provide all our clients with stable and high-quality server operation, therefore we recommend adhering to the following levels of average or permanent channel load for VPS:

For VPS with 1 Gbit/s port:

Tariff Starter/VPN: up to 10 Mbit/s
Tariff Optimal: up to 15 Mbit/s
Tariff Standard: up to 20 Mbit/s
Tariff Basic: up to 50 Mbit/s
Tariff Professional: up to 80 Mbit/s
Tariff Professional Improved: up to 100 Mbit/s

For VPS with 1 Gbit/s port in countries Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, UAE, Australia, Brazil, Turkey:

Tariff Starter/VPS: up to 5 Mbit/s, traffic up to 1000GB/month, overage – $0.01 per 1GB
Tariff Optimal: up to 10 Mbit/s, traffic up to 2000GB/month, overage – $0.01 per 1GB
Tariff Standard: up to 15 Mbit/s
Tariff Basic: up to 20 Mbit/s
Tariff Professional: up to 30 Mbit/s
Tariff Professional Improved: up to 50 Mbit/s

If you need to increase bandwidth, you can add additional 10 Mbit/s for $25 per month, for UAE — $35. Keep in mind that load is calculated for both incoming and outgoing traffic.

For most VPS, even powerful ones, 10-20 Mbit/s is usually sufficient if they are not used for resource-intensive tasks such as file distribution or streaming.

IMPORTANT: We do not limit your VPS bandwidth to the above values by default. Your VPS can use the full bandwidth of the main server, for example, up to 1 Gbit/s. However, if we notice persistent exceeding or resource abuse that may affect other clients, we may limit bandwidth to recommended values. For promo tariffs, the maximum allowable load is halved.

For example, if you have a Standard tariff, and channel load temporarily increases from 10 to 40 Mbit/s during peak hours, we will not take any action. However, if on a Starter tariff channel load consistently exceeds 50 Mbit/s for several days or weeks, we may reduce bandwidth to 10 Mbit/s.

If the situation is not critical, we will notify you in advance about exceeding the recommended load and provide 24 hours to reduce the load or switch to a more suitable tariff. If the problem is not resolved, we will set a limit and notify you about it by email. In case your VPS load creates problems for other clients, we will be forced to immediately set limits and notify you about it.

IMPORTANT: If your server causes problems for other users (for example, due to DDoS attacks or excessive channel or disk system loads), we reserve the right to limit the load, terminate services, products or offer alternative solutions to maintain service stability. It is important to remember that sometimes it is necessary to take measures to ensure stable operation for all clients.
